The Family Bike Touring Guide

Today was our first rest day of the ‘holiday’. This morning we wandered into the city and got some baguettes for lunch and shared some croissants. We then sat down for our first proper french coffee of the trip, which was very nice. After grabbing some bits from the corner shop we headed back to the accommodation. We had lunch, I read and mom had a nap. We then went back into the city to have a wander round and see some of the pretty and weird bits of Rouen, including the cathedral. Later we had nachos for dinner and played a card game, then went to bed ready for a ‘fun’ day of cycling tomorrow! YIPPIE
